Looks, and I bet is, delicious. When you said eggs, I was going to look for the caviar and black truffle. $2-$3 for a block of tofu and it makes an incredible substitute. When I looked with more information and intent… I just thought of a pita or tortilla, crusty bread or toast.. assist the tofu in its journey to greatness.
